operator mode

I embed into your exec team and operate like a full-time CRO. I'm not advising from the outside. I'm in it with you.

1:1 Sales Coaching

Not every engagement needs a fractional exec. Sometimes you just need someone who's been in the trenches to help you sharpen your game.

I work directly with SDRs, AEs, and early-career revenue leaders who are serious about getting better — faster. This isn't generic sales training. It's real coaching built around your specific deals, your pipeline, your objections, and your gaps.

What we work on:

This is high-leverage CRO guidance without the day-to-day execution.

What's included:

  • Weekly 1:1s with founder and/or revenue leaders

  • GTM, pipeline, and forecast reviews

  • Async support as needed

What this isn't: Hands-on execution, team management, or running deals. If you need that — Operator Mode is the right fit.
